From Naples to Your Neighborhood
'GreenValleyFarm' started as a vision to introduce real Neapolitan pizza to Naples. The Romano family, in 1985, opened our modest pizzeria as a quaint, family-managed eatery. We cherish old family recipes that span generations.
During her travels in Italy, Luca Romano, our founder, picked up pizza-making skills from Neapolitan masters. Bringing back the essence of Italian pizza, she aimed to replicate the quintessential Italian taste using age-old techniques and top-grade ingredients after her return to the UK.
Our journey began with a humble 12-seat venue, growing into a cherished community fixture while staying true to timeless quality and authenticity. Old wood-fired oven traditions live on in our kitchen, our dough is homemade daily, and we procure only top-tier ingredients.
Presently, 'GreenValleyFarm' is still in the hands of the founding family, as the Romano’s next generation takes the lead. Our team remains fervent, and even with some contemporary changes, our soul resides in making delectable, honest pizza that brings folks together.
